Fund Raising
We have been involved in quite a few fund raising activities since our inception. In our previous lionistic year we collected over £8000 that was donated to the Willen Hospice, the Chernobyl Relief Foundation in UK and other Lionistic and international charities.
Cancer Research Cycle Ride 2008
We participated in the event as part of our club's Fund Raising Activities for the year 2007. We had six participants in the group. It was a great day for raising cash for Cancer Research and we ended up raising close to £1000. It took us around 2 hours to complete the 12 mile course. Around 450 riders participated in the event. We would like to thank every individual who supported us for this cause.

Bombay Dreams Night 2008
The Bombay Dreams Night was held on 12 April 2008. The event was a great success and we raised over £2000.

Mongol Rally Charity Fun Walk 2009
The sponsored walk was organised by the club to raise money for charities nominated by a local team taking part in the Mongol Rally 2009. The Rally involves driving from London to Mongolia in a 1000cc car to raise money for charity. The team's charities include The Christina Noble Children's Foundation, Mercycorp and Water for Kanakpar Project. The walk covered about five miles over easy to moderate terrain along the Grand Union Canal in Northamptonshire countryside Cosgrove
